Career

He played Mork on ABC’s “Mork & Mindy” before lead roles in Barry Levinson’s “Good Morning, Vietnam,” Peter Weir’s “Dead Poets Society,” and Penny Marshall’s “Awakenings.” He voiced the Genie in Disney’s “Aladdin” and won Best Supporting Actor for Gus Van Sant’s “Good Will Hunting.” He also led the family comedies “Mrs. Doubtfire” and “Jumanji.”
