He won gold in the 100m breaststroke at Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020 and a relay gold at Tokyo. He has been the undisputed world leader in the 100m breaststroke since 2015 and was Britain’s first male Olympic swimming champion in 28 years at Rio.
