Background
Born Christopher Robert Evans in Boston, Massachusetts, and raised in Sudbury, he attended Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School and trained at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute.
Career
After teen and comic-book leads including the Fantastic Four films, he was cast as Steve Rogers for “Captain America: The First Avenger” and went on to anchor multiple Avengers and Captain America films through “Avengers: Endgame.” He worked with Bong Joon-ho on “Snowpiercer” and joined Rian Johnson’s “Knives Out” ensemble.
