Origins
The Kellogg Company was founded on February 19, 1906, by Will Keith Kellogg in Battle Creek, Michigan, originally as the Battle Creek Toasted Corn Flake Company. Corn Flakes was developed at the Battle Creek Sanitarium in the late 19th century.
