The Avatar returns through a moongate to find Britannia destabilized by the Fellowship, a self-help cult masking the influence of a multidimensional tyrant called the Guardian.
Legacy
Ultima VII is widely regarded as one of the most influential western RPGs. Its world simulation and dialogue depth inspired Bethesda’s Elder Scrolls, Bioware’s Baldur’s Gate, and the immersive sim genre.
