Story
Set in 2006 against the backdrop of an East Timor independence movement, Pandora Tomorrow finds Sam Fisher pursuing the rogue Indonesian warlord Suhadi Sadono. Failure means a coordinated smallpox release across the United States.
Multiplayer
The game introduced asymmetric multiplayer pitting two stealth Spies against two heavily armed Mercenaries. Each side used different controls, abilities, and HUDs.
Legacy
Pandora Tomorrow established the asymmetric Spies vs. Mercs format that defined the next several Splinter Cell games. It also debuted the now-iconic green night-vision tri-light goggles.
