Description
Peppermint has square stems and dark green serrated lance-shaped leaves often tinged purple. Stems lined with small pale purple flowers reach about a metre, attracting many pollinators.
Cultivation
Peppermint spreads vigorously by underground runners and is usually grown in containers or restricted beds. It thrives in moist rich soil and partial sun.
Uses
