Description
Money plant has shiny heart-shaped leaves that vary from solid green to splashed with creamy yellow. Stems trail or climb with aerial roots and may produce ever-larger leaves with support.
Cultivation
Money plant tolerates low light, irregular watering, and dry indoor air, making it the most popular houseplant in many Indian and Southeast Asian homes. Cuttings root easily in water.
Uses
Hung in bedrooms, offices, and shops to attract prosperity in feng shui and South Asian folk belief, money plant is also commonly cultivated in water bottles as a decorative arrangement.
